SUPERIOR OFFICERS COUNCIL DENTAL PLAN OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD

The Superior Officers Council Dental Plan Open Enrollment Period will begin Wednesday, November 1, 2023, through Thursday November 30, 2023. Members can view the existing SOC dental offerings on our landing page whyuhc.com. Please fill out the attached DENTAL CHANGE form and email it to [email protected] prior to November 30, 2023. Plan changes will take affect on January 1, 2024.
